• Visual inspection of all key compnents of the heating and hot water system. 
• Data collection of all key components to facilitate faster repair timeframes if ever required in the future. 
• Checking of all system electrical components are in good working order
• Checking that all saftey features are in good working order.
• Refrigerant leak detection inspection.
• Ensuring optimum air flow over the evaportaor for efficiency gains. 
• Checking for any blockages that may be impeded water flow rates. 
• Checking that all emmitters are in good working order.
• Checking that insulation is in good condition to maintain system efficiency.
• Cleaing of system filters.
• Checking water quality of the heating system. 
• Checking anti-freeze levels of the system or that the system has adequate freezing/frost protection. 
• Ensuring that the air source heat pump has adequate condensate discharge 
• Clearing and cleaning of all water based system filters. 
• Checking and if required re-pressuring of expansion vessels to maintain the effectiveness and longevity of the system saftey components.
• Provide reccomendations for any additional works that we believe would improve the system.
